THE PROCESS

Consultation – We meet our clients in their home, discuss their ideas and the scope of their project. Take all necessary pictures, references, and measurements.

Concept – Create a full proposal, including a completed design of the project, and itemized proposed quote.

Construction – Once the design and schedule are finalized, all materials are ordered and the project is officially underway. We will work with your contractor to make sure that they have all the necessary paperwork and questions answered to make the project go quickly and smoothly.

Completion – Time to relax and enjoy your great new space! We will come out and take photos so that you can have your before and after of the transformation.

We hired Crystal to re-design our Kitchen and two walk-in closets. It was a great experience, overall! Crystal is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and always encouraged feedback throughout the projects. We will definitely be calling her again when we embark on another project.

Crystal at Innovative Interiors really made our total remodel as smooth as it could be! She met with us prior to start of project to make selections. My husband and I moved 4 hrs away during renovations and she was vital in keeping us informed of all cosmetic stages! Like any woman(haha) I wanted some things changed and she outdid herself to make it happen. She and our builder worked well together-that in turn lead to an extremely pleasant process. Crystal listened to our list of wants, needs and must haves. She adapted well and was excited that we wanted to step out on box for some creative thoughts and went out of her way to make our dream come to light! If you’ve ever totally demolished something and then couldn’t figure out where to start to put it back together, and you understand the hopelessness and the frustration. This is what happened to me when I took out my kitchen built in 1961 and realize nothing was standard size or up to code with wiring . Thank goodness I met Crystal and within 2 hours she was working with me step by step and explaining the process of flooring, wiring, and kitchen design. She listened took notes of every detail (especially my budget) and time frame. She also gentle reminded me when I went off track on selecting a color (brown ) which I was trying to get away from. We had a total kitchen remodel and the timeline process went just as described. Working with Crystal was easy and such a pleasure. She guided me on things I hadn’t thought of and would contact me when she would think/see things she thought I might be interested in. This was a project that I had never experienced before and the personal attention to all my questions and any concerns always seemed a priority. I would recommend their services to anyone and have.
